My A/C stopped working suddenly on a hot June Saturday night. After trying some basic troubleshooting, I called their “emergency” number. No one ever picked up. Left a voicemail — never got a call back. Called again Sunday as the house was becoming unbearable for my kids and dog. Again, absolutely no answer or return call. Driver on 105 nearly hit me not following proper driving laws and driving dangerous
Called in for a complaint one of their vehicles parking halfway into a handicap slot. I am 100% disabled veteran and cannot park there and her immediate response was oh he just to nice easy going I don't know why he would do that.. that answered everything right there, no correction would be done. that's how much respect apparently this company has for disabled veterans and disabled people. I would never recommend.
