These developers own the land at CreekStone Villas here in Greenville. They have made many empty promises to us homeowners. If you ever buy a new home, check out the development company. Stay away from anything owned by Brian Lazarus and CS House!
Verdae Hamilton Townes is an excellent community located off Parallel Parkway. It is convenient to all major transportation routes - I-85, I-385 and Woodruff Road. However, it is also a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. Hunter Hurst is wonderful, answering all of our questions, coordinating addressing questions and issues after sales. Purchasing prior to construction, I enjoyed sharing in the building process, and found all aspects to be positive, from the contract work with realtor Hunter Hurst, to the design decisions with Tammy Kelly, to the actual building-out with James Bishop. Accessible and service conscious, owner Brian Lazarus was helpful from beginning to end. I'm pleased with my product and comfortable with everyone I've worked with along the journey. It's a pleasure to highly recommend LS Homes in the home construction industry.
This company will not help me with something that they approved in our community behind my property and will not even address it with us on a new property we purchased within the last year.
We just purchased a new home from LS Homes. The entire process was totally painless and both Jim and Project Manager Brian were super nice and very easy to work with. They answered all our questions and made any changes that were needed including minor repairs to our home before closing. We've bought several new homes before in the past, but this one was the absolute smoothest. It was a pleasure doing business with LS Homes and we would highly recommend them.
