I PAID HIM IN CHUNKS, AS WORK GOT COMPLETED. HE LEFT THE COTTAGE A NIGHTMARE. HE STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER RETURNED. I HAVE SEVERAL TEXTS, CHASING HIM DOWN. IT COST ME $4300.00 DOLLARS TO REPAIR THE WORK. I NOW HAVE HIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
