Smh keep driving or get it towed somewhere else. Had truck towed here because it was stuck in gear and wouldn’t start. The guy over the shop gave me a call and tell me that he hooked up to the truck and no codes for nothing but they drained the fluid and it had metal debris in it so the transmission is bad. LOL! They never even took the transmission out of the truck to even know if it was bad or not just guessing telling me anything like I’m a fool. Took my truck here because they said they work on PACCAR and could diagnose a check engine light issue as well as replace my clutch brake only for them to tell me a week later they didn't have the software to run a proper diagnosis and they still didn't get the clutch break done and they have the nerve to charge me a diagnostic fee after wasting a week of my time
Horrible service left my truck in worse shape then it was brought there I wouldn’t let these guys work on my bicycle
Terrible place to do business please don’t do business with these people they will damage your truck and leave you holding the bag they will not honor their word or stand behind their work the owner will just want to fist fight with you when a problem occurs related to his work these are bad people running a bad business please take my advice go elsewhere they don’t know nothing about a diesel truck but how to damage it and leave you stuck with those damages they are gonna run when it goes bad and leave you stuck they caused... read more
