We had Chef Brian create a birthday celebration meal for my partner this past weekend. I interviewed several chefs for our dinner and knew Chef Brian was the right one for us from the moment we connected. He just got “it” and understood exactly what we were going for. Brian was absolutely amazing! We booked him for our friends 30th birthday and he made the entire experience amazing from start to finish! We had a three course seafood meal and every single dish was better than the one before! Not only was his food amazing but he set up a great table scape and was so accommodating on timing knowing it was a surprise. He was incredibly kind and will be booking him again. 10/10
Brian is incredible! He cooked for my 30th birthday dinner and it was perfect. He set the table beautifully and cooked the most delicious seafood meal. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We started with clams oreganata, shrimp cocktail, and crab salad. Then he served seafood bisque followed by homemade fettuccine and clams. Dessert was berry shortcake. We haven’t stopped talking about it! We started planning our next dinner with Brian right away. Can’t recommend enough!
Brian was the absolute BEST! Not only was the food amazing, he was so personable and enjoyable to be around. I haven't stopped raving about the entire experience to family and friends. He prepared shrimp cocktail, crab salad, homemade fettuccini with clams, clams oreganata, and the best berries & cream cake! We will definitely be using him again in the near future!!! He is AMAZING! Book him ASAP for a worry free & DELICIOUS dining experience.
Brian nailed every detail on the surprise birthday we threw! Not only was the food amazing, but he was punctual, personable, and extremely accommodating. I was nervous hiring a private chef for the first time because I didn’t know who to trust but he put all my worries to ease. We had such a great experience that we’re already looking to book him for a holiday party the end of the year! If you’re looking for something special and different than just going out to a dinner, hire Brian and you won’t regret it.
