Definitely a fantastic 5* for L&S Cars Gloucester. Having searched online for a while I was lucky enough to purchase a Toyota Yaris Hybrid from them, Tony facilitated a test drive ensuring I drove the car on a variety of roads, gave a comprehensive history of the car and produced all the relevant documentation and paperwork for any previous work carried out. I’ve used L&S for about 10 years now for my cars and they have never let me down. Always amazing customer service, they can never help enough! I’ve recently purchased another stunning car from them and I couldn’t be happier with it! Outstanding! Sales process with Tony for a Nissan Note was informative and unhurried, with all questions sensibly answered and no selling pressure. We were happy to pay and drive away there and then. A post-purchase AC problem took a while to resolve, which we were pleased to find had been an added option in the warranty.
