DO NOT get your car repaired at Turn Key Auto Repair in Peabody, MA—especially if you own an Audi or another foreign car. Since May, I have had my car towed six times and made more than 15 trips back and forth to this shop because of the “work” they claimed to have completed. I was initially happy with this company. Fast attentive service for the warranty for my truck. In November 2025 they replaced the rack and pinion as well as struts on my truck. It turns out they never did the alignment. a few weeks ago i noticed a shimmer getting worse and then it started as i was breaking getting really bad. All signs pointed to warped rotors so i had the rotors and pads replaced.
