This team was amazing!!! My son was in a terrible accident. They were at my home with in a day of him being home from the hospital. The care they gave was outstanding! Being mom I felt a little helpless but they were there to make me feel at ease!!! Between the nurse, PT, and OT. I knew we were in good hands! Thank you all for what you do on a daily basis!!! We appreciate you!!!
Just what I was looking for!!! Jenna is excellent. Just the right amount of stretching and strength training. And the price is right (FREE). Highly recommend!!!
We have been in the Laconia Senior Center Strength and Balance class for the last year with Jena Flack. It is a wonderful class and Jena challenges us and adds new material regularly. I attend the strength and balance class in Meredith With Bobbi. She is an amazing instructor. So positive and gives instructions to all levels with a little humor to keep us motivated. I now no longer need cortisone shots for my shoulders.
