Do not recommend. Even 1 star is too much to give. Worst experience ive ever had. Do not return phone calls and lack totally professionalism

Extremely disappointing experience. Emails and calls were repeatedly ignored and when responses did come through, they were vague and unhelpful, often leaving you unsure who you were even dealing with. It made an already difficult situation unnecessarily stressful and upsetting, with a clear lack of communication and basic professionalism.

In my experience, communication was extremely slow, deadlines were repeatedly missed and the administration of the estate was poorly handled. Overall, the experience was well below my expectations.

We lost our father over two years ago. This firm was brought in in January 2025 to bring clarity and closure to an already painful situation. Instead, it has become an ongoing source of stress and emotional exhaustion. Since their engagement, we have sent countless emails and made repeated phone calls simply requesting basic information and updates, many of which have gone unanswered for extended periods. Strange to see the other low ratings have almost the same experience. Ben Dornan was quite good with us, and then for no reason just stopped answering emails and phone calls. It’s at a critical stage of our situation, for 5 weeks we have been calling his office and his assistant says he is out. It’s really bizarre and disappointing.
