We lost our father over two years ago. This firm was brought in in January 2025 to bring clarity and closure to an already painful situation. Instead, it has become an ongoing source of stress and emotional exhaustion. Strange to see the other low ratings have almost the same experience. Ben Dornan was quite good with us, and then for no reason just stopped answering emails and phone calls. It’s at a critical stage of our situation, for 5 weeks we have been calling his office and his assistant says he is out. It’s really bizarre and disappointing.

My experience with L. Rundle & Co-Solicitors, particularly Benjamin Dornan and Jason Na, has been catastrophic. What should have been a straightforward estate matter has been turned into a drawn-out ordeal through their repeated delays, draining costs from the estate with every unnecessary extension of time. They set their own deadlines, then ignored them, and when those dates passed, there is no accountability; only silence.
