Called about a replacement part on a cutter. Seemed knowledgeable and referred me to go on line and find someone else as he was traveling and would not be back in the office until next week. I explained that I was not in a hurry that I would just like to get a price as I have other cutters so I could wait. Then his wife screams in the background that they are on vacation.
