They have internal policy that is not disclosed, I never signed an agreement or contract for my services. They owe me a refund and are ignoring me. If you have a choice do you not use this company. They have poor business practice. and have stolen money from me, and I am sure countless others. They have penalized me for not keeping their company.
We’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. Instead of working with us to resolve problems, they’ve shown poor professionalism and made horrible, judgmental comments about the clients we serve. Their lack of respect and unwillingness to collaborate makes it clear they don’t value their customers or the communities they impact.
