Terrible business practices if you try to cancel. They will ignore you and just keep sending trucks out. We have been ghosted by an account representative for the last 6 weeks despite emailing several times and leaving VMs for the rep. Got VM at the number that they keep posting on here for people to contact them at. They don't seem to realize that if you treat clients well, they may come back in the future. Missed my bin frequently, even though I put them on the curb the night before.
Have had them for 3 years and have never had an issue. I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. Not only has their residential service been reliable, but their commercial department has also been great to work with. They are responsive, professional, and consistent. I would highly recommend LRS to anyone looking for dependable waste and recycling services.
