One star LRS truck 31072 repeatedly speeds into our alley between 5:30 and 6:30 a.m., loudly lifts and slams the dumpster, then quickly drives away. When I came outside to photograph the truck number, the driver sped off through the alley and street. He clearly knew what he was doing and why I came outside. PU today I can’t check in with correct PU # Shipping Office clerk says that # doesn’t work and she doesn’t know how to figure out ,All her mind,hands, eyes are on her sandwich After two hours she check me in same PU # Total PU hours 4hour Also hard to round about exit with 53’ trailer
If you have the option to choose your garbage disposal company, choose literally anyone else. Customer service is horrible, the workers that grab the garbage are HORRIBLE. No one ever gets out of the car. They’ll literally knock over your bins and leave the mess everywhere and then customer service makes you PAY to get the missed pick up because it “wasn’t missed”. I HATE this company and the POOR SERVICE they provide!!!!
What an absolute waste of tax dollars this company has turned out to be. I sincerely don't understand how they manage to stay in business with all the complaints. You've gotta be bad to make a whole city miss Republic Services. We were forced, without notice, to switch to LRS at the beginning of the year (end of December actually) and I haven't gotten a single pickup since then.
