We have been attempting to cancel our services for 2 months and as of today when we called they still said it is not canceled correctly in the system! Customer service has been poor via phone and email. We have also paid to have our bins picked up and this is the 2nd week that they will not be picking them up. It is very frustrating to say the least. Do not recommend.

Absolute Trash. Staff is garbage. Management is Garbage. They missed my pickup. I called for 2 days non-stop, constantly getting put on hold and being transferred to phones that just went to voicemail. After countless calls/voicemails a manager finally calls me. She promised that my trash would be picked up the next day. They Never came. More calls. More voicemails. Went the entire week without picking up my trash. Their sound system on weights is too old, you can’t hear anything People who make a good profit can spend some money on this system The workers are super rude, especially front desk lady, when I said that she doesn’t have to be that rude, said she doesn’t care if we are coming back to do business with them, because they have tons of customers anyways We spent more than $6,000 doing business with them last year, because it is the closest recycling place to our site, but now I better spend 30 more minutes traveling to differen... read more
