Showed up to talk to someone about some work on my vehicle. This was during the hours posted on the website and the office doors. Doors were locked, but someone was inside working. Knocked on the door, and the guy turned around, locked eyes with me, and then went back to work. Called the number, he picked up the phone and hung it up immediately. I don't know what was going on at the shop that day, but it was unprofessional.
Larry is always awesome to work with!
I can't figure Larry out. Called him several times and didn't get any response. Stopped over at his shop in Lake Villa and talked directly to him. Said he was busy. That's no reason not to return phone calls to potential customers. UGH! After a few attempts in person I gave up and went to another performance shop who treated me right! Skip the hassles of this place! AVOID
