Pay out referral bonus when you have referred someone They aren’t trustworthy and while you are making them money they are nice to you otherwise they will not say a kind word to you. My recruiter was awful!!!

My first impression of LRS Healthcare was so inviting. It really was a breath of fresh air after being the industry 4+ years with another agency. The atmosphere is fun and energetic. Management is very connected to their staff and genuinely care. Making the change to come to LRS was one of the best decisions of my life.
Changed pay packages constantly. Was always omitting information then changing the story and making excuses. Not honest. Pushy to be submitted and to sign the contract. Thankfully I combed the contract. There was little we discussed in the contract including much lower rates. The recruiter kept asking oh did you get it did you sign it. Steer clear.
I just wanted to go out of my way to recognize chris(recruiter) and Christine(traveler experience specialist) for the outstanding job they do. I'm currently on my first travel assignment and I am facing difficulties with a very dangerous hurricane about to come to my area. These two have went above and beyond to make me feel safe, cared for, and find me options for not only my safety but my fur baby as well. Took ++ days to respond to me, then tell me they won't work with a Canadian nurse because I don't have 2 yrs recent US experience. I have worked in the US, but it's been a while. Wasted time contacting and waiting.
My recruiter had been great! He’s consistent, honest, professional and responds in a timely manner. Great company!
