Absolute Trash. Staff is garbage. Management is Garbage. They missed my pickup. I called for 2 days non-stop, constantly getting put on hold and being transferred to phones that just went to voicemail. After countless calls/voicemails a manager finally calls me. She promised that my trash would be picked up the next day. They Never came. More calls. More voicemails. Went the entire week without picking up my trash. dumpster company filled with dumpster people. Please give me a call if you want to see your local garbage man having a bad day on my property. It’s gold **EDIT** Bigger dumpster company than initially thought. # edit 2- the owner reached out to me and bought me a new garbage can when it was damaged , and left in the street. Thank you LRS! They do not answer the phone. If you call them they will put you on hold forever and will not pick it up. If you leave a voicemail they will not answer it. If you email them they will not answer it. Reply to response: You requested my account ID and billing address but I can't put the info you are asking for in a public Google Review. Please check the email that I already sent you.
4 words (I’ll check with dispatch) 4hours of waiting! Do not use this company! If you have to pay a little more do it! At least you’ll have your sanity. One star because you can’t post with zero!
