Bought a new house that the previous owner used lrs . Attempted to renew the service. They are impossible to get ahold of . So I got another company. Now they are still impossible to get ahold of for them to get their garbage cans. Good luck getting ahold of anyone.
Don’t show up when they say they will be here! Trying to get through to customer service is a nightmare!
12 days ago the LRS truck broke down at the end of my driveway blocking any attempt for me to safely back out. After an hour I had to leave for work and the driver tried to assist me to back out using my neighbors driveway as ours are connected. In doing so I scratched the side door and rear panel on the mailbox but that was my only way to get out. I called LRS and spent an hour on hold and told they would look into it and get back to me.
