12 days ago the LRS truck broke down at the end of my driveway blocking any attempt for me to safely back out. After an hour I had to leave for work and the driver tried to assist me to back out using my neighbors driveway as ours are connected. In doing so I scratched the side door and rear panel on the mailbox but that was my only way to get out. I called LRS and spent an hour on hold and told they would look into it and get back to me. Skipped pick up at my house for 4 weeks. I had to call 5 times and be put on hold for hours. When the man finally came to pick it up he was extremely rude and condescending after I thanked him. Then he laughed in my face.
Worst customer service ever.
Why does the map say you're open on Saturdays until 10:30 pm? Is this correct?
