I rented from LRG for 1 year at the 650 George St. location. I had a very positive experience. They quickly fixed any maintenance request I put in and the details of the lease were very agreeable. I would have stayed longer if I had not moved closer to family. The apartments are very clean and well kept. When you move out, you have to schedule a carpet cleaner. Lew and his team are always responsive and provide a wonderful environment for tenants.
I had the exact same experience as the lady that posted one year ago! So one year later the same thing is happening not sure how they continue to do business. Tina and Kurt tell you that they will have someone call you to schedule a showing then you don't ever receive that call and when you call back they will not take your call you are told they are in a meeting and will call you back and never do. I finally gave up not wanting to deal with a company that was so shady
Don't waste your time. Impossible to reach anyone. Paper thin walls, so you hear everything from casual conversation to people walking around. Electric is through the roof $200+ in the winter with the heating/ cooling unit set between 65-68°. Extremely hot in the summer as there is no ac going down the hall and into the 2 bedrooms. Nasty drafts coming from under the door and wall outlets.
