BEWARE THE ***************, our insurance company, referred us to LRG Builders Services after a burglary severely damaged premises. They were professional in quoting the job (******), engaged our insurance company, collected the insurance money, then delayed and delayed, performed a bit of shoddy work (****), left their trash behind, then finally ghosted us (***** and ***** the owner). Based on Yelp reviews, this appears to be a pattern with them: collect the insurance money and defraud the customer.
Unprofessional-refereed by Home Owners Insurance-booked appt - reconfirmed with scheduler/coordinator & Project Mgr. day before appt. Rearranged work schedule. Day of appt. the Agent/Inspector, NEVER arrived- called LRG office to find out if the Inspector was running late and LRG said they had me booked for a different day. Unbelievable!! This is why i called to reconfirm the day before and two ppl reconfirmed with me! BE WARNED - My thoughts - who is managing LRG....INCOMPETENT!!!!
