Impact installed our suppression system and fire extinguishers for our new location. Clean, precise and professional. Friendly helpful staff. Their yearly service updates leave us nothing to think about except golf.
I was tailgated in heavy traffic by two of their drivers today. I drive a small hatchback with a huge and low back window. One driver was so close that I could see neither the grill or bumper of the vehicle. Does not speak well of their commitment to safety nor their consideration of others.
Lloyd's company was 5 stars for the past 3 yrs but for some reason this year they dumped us as a customer with no explanation. Reached out a few time to find out the reason but he doesn't want to communicate. His son Travis was awesome though. Polite and thorough. We would have kept using them but Lloyd has other unforeseen plans.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Lloyd Chipman on a project and just wanted to drop a message about his professionalism and his passion for the industry. LRC goes above and beyond for their customers, a real pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!
