Cannot get the guy to answer or eeturn calls. He installed a furnace for us, it failed, and when he finally showed up to look at it ( months later) he would not deal with the furnance manufacturer for the warranty (hat he purchased to install ) -we couldnt because we didn't buy the furnance. So now we have to get a whole new furnance Do not recommend

Our furnace shut off this am (-33) and they kindly guided us in the right direction on how to fix it at home with a part we had at home. We are so appreciative! Thank you so much

Lorne was great when my furnace quit working. He tried helping on the phone and when that wasn’t working he came over and checked it out and found out what was wrong. After I got the part for it he came over again, installed it and got the furnace working.
