Had a great workout here recently! I had some issues with booking through app via Android, but Rickey answered my questions via email very quickly and in such a friendly and helpful way. The parking lot is spacious, so no issues there. It's relatively small gym but was clean and just enough space for our class to move around. Coach Bam/Pam(?) led our class. Amazing establishment. Everyone is high energy, attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The class options are great and the environment clean and well set up. They have a dedication to total wellbeing so they also focus on your mental and spiritual health. Work a try if you are looking to start up your health journey or kick it into the next gear.
Wonderful trainers, variety of workouts, good music, high energy, and encouragement! Overall my favorite place for a fitness circuit!
