Very bad insurance agency and agents. One lady agent (Denise) that works there is bad manered and disrespectful and knows nothing if customer service. If you ask many questions or have an issue with your insurance or policy she will tell you she can't help you or that you have to do it yourself. I have been with my insurance company for 4 years, and im looking to change it just so they won't be my agency anymore.
Worst service I've ever received anywhere. The lady Denise Johnson that is my "my agent" is very arrogant and rude. Everything was fine when I wasn't dealing with her. Then, i had some issues with my policy and my claim that I needed help with, she stopped answering my emails and my calls. When I call the office and ask for her, her assistant says one secind. LR Windsor has been responsive but it has taken over 5 months to process an insurance refund from an out of state Travellers policy.
