My hot water heater started leaking from the bottom. I contacted Louis based on a recommendation from my neighbour. He came on the weekend to do the install. I am so grateful for his quick, efficient and professional service.

Fantastic experience working with Louis and Jordan! We recently did a home renovation which required moving a furnace, drilling new plumbing, new fixtures and a new AC unit. Both are very knowledgeable, trust worthy, honest and clearly take pride in delivering a positive customer experience. I work from home and they worked around my meeting schedule to avoid loud noises and disruption to my meetings. We look forward to having Louis and Jordan continue to take great care of our home!
Louis and Jordan are far and above the best experience I have had with urgent plumbing work. Had a job that required urgent attention and they were there not once but three times all same day service and twice within half an hour of contacting them. Not only impressing me as a customer but receiving excellent feedback from other trades involved in the work. Customer feedback is one thing, but inter-trade reviews such as these are much less common from my experience.
