I'm really disappointed with my recent visit. The bathroom was dirty, which is never a good sign. Even worse, I was charged $40 for a simple finger and toe nail trim for my four-year-old son (no paint). Seriously overpriced, especially considering mine was the same price with gel paint. I won’t be back!

Very unprofessional. Went to get my feet done with acrylic and this how they my feet; uneven and incorrect. The person that was assigned was not listening to anything I was saying, he did what he wanted to do. I told them the water was extremely hot and he ignored me, I told him my nails were uneven and he ignored me, the lady that was working on my sister was telling him, he was doing them and he proceeded to do what he wanted to do. I wish I didn't have to give any stars. Went to get a pedicure today, water was scorching hot. She added cold water and made it tolerable. 2 seconds later she starts on my feet. No scrub no nothing. She then starts cutting my cuticles and I yelled. Blood started coming out. She tried to dip my foot back in the water when I told her to stop.
