My apartment complex, Six Trails is under LR Mgmt. They will not do anything about neighbors smoking indoors. My whole family has asthma and I've been asking for help for weeks. They don't care. I literally went to urgent care and the Office doesn't do anything. Also, they got toxic paint spray all over my apartment and wouldn't pay for us to be in a hotel until we could get it cleaned up. Management is slow and unresponsive. My son just moved into a "updated" unit and the A/C doesn't work.
This is to inform your company that the manager for Cove on 13 Ms. ShaRhonda is an excellent manager. Her ethics and concerns for me have been the best. She listens to concerns and issues that are set before her with great intent to have them solved in a timely manner. She also makes herself available, she does walk-throughs to see what the issues are physically, which has never taken place before. I could go on and on. Lisa and Angel the leasing agents also display concern and are pleasant individuals.
Not a very professional business. I have been asking for my dishwasher (which has back-up water coming in from the garbage disposal) and windows to be fixed for over 3 months and I keep getting shafted by the maintenance guy. I even took 4 hours off of work and he purposely did not show up which has now been the 5th time. The office manager keeps making excuses as well. So I was supposed to go to court over an eviction notice but the case was dropped. What a surprise as I’ve never been late on a payment. When I tried to reach out to the property and LR I could not reach anyone
