This business is sold as we spoke with the owner, it's going to become a RV Parking or Storage kind of thing. Nice guy, negotiated with us, sold us racks, we're happy, he's happy. Good business.
We purchased several wire meshing from him, with the promise of a refund if it wasn't the correct ones we needed. They were not only the wrong size, he stopped replying to my emails and wouldn't answer his phone. I'll never understand why a business owner would do that, especially when there trying to better people's lives.
We bought 10 pallet rack shelves. Not only did he mislead us in terms of the dimensions, he stopped responding to our calls and seems like he also blocked our numbers. Extremely shady business practices. To the owner: If you're going to sell something, be truthful about what you're selling and if your customer tries getting a hold of you, be professional and at least answer your phone and help us.
