I've bought quite a few of Baggs products over the years - either direct from retailers or second hand from reverb. Either way I have to say that their customer service and willingness to offer advice is really fantastic. I'd bought a second hand pickup that they advised me on along with other advice for a mandolin pickup and pedals. I'd highly recommend purchasing their products. I’m a fan and user for years of the LR Baggs Anthem that combines a piezo under saddle with an internal cell microphone under the bridge in the soundhole of the instrument. I purchased The Acoustic Guitar Reference Amplifier years ago. I had to send it to the manufacturer twice because of issues. I paid twice to ship it and you paid to ship it back. I retired to another country with the hopes of performing. After several humiliating performances where the Amplifier cut out over and over I contacted your Technical Support Department and told them of my plight.
