The gentleman called after hours to follow up with me. We had asked for an AC service prior to going into Utah. He asked good questions and then let us know that all we needed to do was check for cottonwood seed and brush it off, that he would come and look at it, but it was simple enough we could do it ourselves. Saved us the trip charge and had he been unscrupulous, it could have cost us a new AC! Highly recommend for his honesty and helpfulness!
