Fraudulent! I have gotten several calls from their employees who literally said they were "Liz from (name of my mortgage company)" and asked if I am looking to sell my home. Um, banks DO NOT call you to ask if you are looking to sell your home! When I pressed them hard about who they actually are, they said they are a "partner company of (name of bank)".
