I had a pretty nasty pool and knew absolutely nothing bout pool maintenance after buying our first home. One of their guys ended up standing me up after a partial payment. The owner Titus came out and threw a bunch of chemicals in free of charge and then spent everyday coaching me on how to get my pool cleared up. Honestly above and beyond expectations. It’s still not finished but it’s only been a few days and we’ve gone from green to nearly blue. Will be using them for monthly maintenance. Thank you Titus.
LPT Pool services are in charge of cleaning the condo complex I live at. After LPT Pool visit, the pool will still be covered in algae, leaves and cloudy water. This is a reoccurring ordeal. Below are pictures taken immediately after a visit that occurred 02/17/2023. Very disappointed in LPT Pool and their services provided.
Very unprofessional, I hired him and we made a deal, he only did the chemicals and never come back, then he sent someone else to pick up the money, and never came back to finish the job. We had agreed that he would put chemicals n vacuum the first day and then come back to clean the chemicals n vacuum the pool, but never came back and told me to run the pump and brush everything, which I paid them to do. Definitely I wouldn’t recommend this guys.
Professional and reliable pool techs. They've become like family. Great people, great job, very reliable and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
