LPS is a dream company to work with. They recently renovated our master bathroom. We went into the project with a lot of closets, too many doors, and space we wanted to maximize. We ended with a renovated master bath that we love, and a master closet that can fit everything in a way that we need to (and we went from 7 doors in a tiny space to 2 pocket doors that totally changed the flow for the better.) LCPS renovated two of my bathrooms and they both look beautiful. The quality of the work was excellent and they responded to all my questions and concerns during the process. The tool they used to communicate and handle invoicing was very easy to use and made the process a lot easier. There were a couple costs that popped up during the process vs. getting communicated in advance like the shower glass and sink-tops. We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with LPS Residential, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The transformation is stunning — we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our project manager, Noe, and his team (especially Geo) were incredible. Prior to working with LPS, my wife and I had a terrible experience with a “contractor”. Our trust was shaken, we lost a lot of money, generally felt like our dream project wouldn’t be completed. In comes LPS: the team, led by Tony, was extremely professional and the work is outstanding. My wife and I explained what happened to us previously and Tony along with the rest of LPS went above and beyond with communication and explanations with the work. We had a great experience with LPS, we hired them to repair and replace the roof over our front porch and fix some water damage. They did an excellent job, were very thorough, communicated well, and went above and beyond to make everything look great when they repainted. Would use again.
