Slightly disorganized with residential jobs . This place is not customer service driven. It deals with industrial work mainly. Owner makes reference to doing over 200 jobs per year yet has only 9 reviews. We blocked off time in a rental house for a dock installation. The project manager was fired and the new manager was behind schedule. We lost rental revenue due to their mismanagement. The quality of work is acceptable and the price is on the high side . We called to get a quote on covering our dock. They came out and measured and we went into their office and picked out what we like. They were supposed to give us a quote. We called several times and they never called back. A few weeks ago I called and talked to someone different. He promised me that I would get a call back, but once again no response.
