Great when it works and the drivers are kind and not on their phone. But driver was 10 minutes late child told her to please wait because her shoe was misplaced and she couldn’t find it. We have a baby and things get misplaced all the time when she found her shoe it was 2 minutes later. And the driver had took off! The driver was late and left her. This place is a joke other then the fact they are never here when they say and leave before they are supposed to office people will lie to cover thier drivers behavior. I was lied to by an employee and a supervisor that I was told wasn’t in the office e and told not to call back to check on my children because they felt harassed because I was making them so thier job. Witnessed the driver of car 329 in the Hampton Roads area driving at a high rate of speed on a bridge and shifting lanes to jockey for the lead. I have no idea if he was transporting anyone but from what I witnessed I WOULD NOT I repeat WOULD NOT trust this company at all especially with my precious cargo. If I could give a negative score I would..would not recommend using this company because safety is clearly not on their agenda!
