Just good people to rent from
We have lived in there apartment for almost 9 years! NEVER have we EVER been late on our rent and we keep there apartment very clean. Was promised new windows when we first moved in, still have the bad windows which are falling apart and are growing mold all around them. They will fix minor problems but won’t fix major ones, including mold problem, windows, roof leaking, and ceiling from water damage! I do not recommend renting from them! As soon as our lease is up this year we are out!
Wife and I been here since January, clean up front people. We have noticed by talking to others that rent from them. We, my wife and I are honest and respectful to the staff and maintenance. When we have a problem, they fix it. Others, who are not respectful tend to wait. Just nice people and we are upgrading to a rental home some soon and will stay with LPM if we can. Just good people.
