I don't know about this exact location but what I do know is they have the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with when I call the main headquarters on the phone. Good luck getting anything you ask for including your own requested documents

11/11/24-If I could give negative stars I would! This company is AWFUL to work with. They have had my money since March from when my husband passed in February. We have sent in paperwork to have my money transferred to a better financial institution multiple times. The department I really need to speak to only talks to “internal” people. Today they are saying they have not received the new paperwork they require. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY HANDLE YOUR INVESTMENTS!!!
