This is the most unprofessional letter I have ever received from a company. My family fell to extremely hard times, including myself falling into a medical induced coma. I work in customer service myself and I would never think of marking on a professional letter head letter. I have every intention on making my balance zeroed out and have confirmed this over the phone with this company. This letter however, is beyond inproper, embarrassing and inappropriate. Please think before doing business with a company like this.
