Customer service does not exist at LPI, DO NOT buy a spa/hot tub from them! The one we got has a leak that drips water onto the electrical control box which evidently is not water tight. intermittently the leak gets enough water into the electric box that it blows the circuit breaker. This condition existed since it was brand new however it was not properly diagnosed until after their 1 year warranty so they won't fix it at all.
