Had a couple minor issues with my new hot tub. Customer service did a great job. Service guy D’andre’ did an outstanding job resolving my issues
In December we purchased a Catalina Swim Spa made in Johnson City, TN. It was delivered in March. It is beautiful! My husband swims everyday, and I swim most days. When we had a problem, we received prompt assistance. Very happy with our purchase.
Slowest loading time. 1 hr to load 2 hot tubs. So so slow 🤦🏻♂️ picked up for this company several times and it done picking up for them. They always take forever to where you can’t make 1st drops, it extends trip for extra day. Not shipping out with them ever again.
Had a Wi-Fi module(s) failure which as it turned out was out of the warranty timeframe . LPi was very nice in sending out new wi-fi modules quickly and I installed them today and they work great!!!! Thanks to Tori’s hard work with the LPi team for this. It is very much appreciated!
