I asked for a 2 step PPD and somewhere along the line no one documented the second time I had come in to get the PPD checked. I had the forms the doctors filled out to my school which he dated the two times I had come in but that wasn’t accepted by my school and I needed the actual documentation that I had it done. The nurse behind the counter just goes “you didn’t tell us you needed a 2 step” which is a complete and total lie as it says I needed a 2 step tuberculin test right on the form I gave them.
Got poked 4 different times by 3 different nurses for blood work before they finally got the vein , but it was MY fault THEY were having trouble... Best of luck to anyone getting blood taken here. Everything else for my physical exam went okay though.
35 mins wait and they did not say a word to let me know they were behind and they did not forget about me. Not a single apology from the nurses or doctors. I have to say the doctor was attentive but he did not do any auscultation. I did not like the service here, I have been going to the facility on Pine Island Rd but it is currently closed.
