Very poor customer service There is a person called Bill, not sure if he is the owner or big manager has no skills of communication More than one time I forced to deal with him, he never failed to get to frustrate me
I do understand it's crazy and busy. But You can still give answer nicely. Lady at the other end keep repeating "Do not waste your time", I am not going to do it" without even listening my question in a very ignoring and aggressive way.
