Also I just wanted to say that I’m so enjoying these classes. I’d been going to the gym consistently before but was starting to dread going sometimes. I knew I needed to do something different. I don’t usually like classes, but your classes are fun. The people are great and it’s good vibrational energy. Thank you for bringing this into my life I’m super grateful and feel this is exactly where I need to be right now. I feel in alignment physically, mentally and spirtually

I cannot recommend LPF Training enough. I started training with Kelly at just 7 weeks postpartum, and she has been absolutely phenomenal in helping me return to exercise safely and confidently. What I love most is that every program is tailored to the individual. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Kelly makes you feel seen, supported, and capable.
