Kelly is incredible, she nurtured and coached me postpartum to help me rebuild strength, fitness and achieve my goals after having my baby. Not only has Kelly helped me physically, but also spiritually through meditation. LPF is my second home and a true safe space for all, I feel privileged to train with such a beautiful, supportive community of women
