Everything about my experience here was wonderful. From the first time I went, Teresa was very welcoming & sweet. She helped me maintain a positive attitude in getting the insurance needed for my pregnancy. She also advised me to keep in touch with her to give her the good news ones I got approved. She then called me to congratulate me and give me my member ID. I feel that you don’t get assistance or someone who cares like that very often. So grateful.
Teresa was incredibly professional and efficient. She had everything taken care of for me within 24 hours—I visited on Thursday and already had a doctor’s appointment scheduled for Monday.

Yo me presenté buscando ayuda y la persona que esta en esta locación fue grosera, primero no me abría la puerta y cuándo lo hizo noté que estaba molesta luego cuándo hice mi prueba me dijo que no tenía sistema para brindarme ayuda solo me dio unos papales incluso de otro hospital me dijo que pensará si realmente quería atenderme ahí o buscar otra opción nunca más regresé, no recomiendo esta locación en verdad
