Aileen Duran very unprofessional. Got there 3:30 pm she wouldn’t open the door nor answer the phone. After insisting phone calls, Ms.Duran answered my call. 1st excuse, she was on the a call with her manager. 2nd excuse, she does not take walk in’s after 3:30. (Close time 4:30) 3rd excuse, she had no system to file my application. Hope I could’ve find Ms.Teresa she is always willing to help.
I got approved for my Medicaid in no more than 3 days. I highly recommend you to stop by if you are pregnant and need your benefits fast.

It was so hard for me to find a place to go to because most places like this were no longer open. I’m so thankful that I found this specific location because Teresa was so helpful and kind. She explained everything so thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of.
