I joined this gym 2 weeks ago, my wife has been going for a long time and has always raved about it. It’s been a big move for me, completely out of my comfort zone, never doing anything like this before in my life. All the staff have made me feel more than welcome and have helped me find my feet, the other members of the gym are all friendly and supportive. I throughly enjoy it, the workouts, the atmosphere and the way it makes you feel both physically and mentally after training, couldn’t recommend high enough.
I have been going to Lionmode since they took over in December last year , and I have to say, it's been one of the best fitness experiences I've ever had. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff who are always ready to help. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, with a variety of equipment that is both high-quality and up-to-date.
