Got a call from the driver 5 minutes before my step-mom's pick up for dialysis. We're in Racine, he said he was in Milwaukee and wouldn't be coming. Called the office, spoke to the supervisor and he said he would get someone here. Never showed up. 🤬
Always extremely kind and punctual over the 3-4 years I've been getting rides from them. Everyone I've ridden with has been easy to talk to and even laugh with. I've always looked forward to when I ride with them. My favorite company and I've certainly let them know that.
