This is the 2nd time that I've been stood up by this company. I utilize them through my insurance provider, I called and complained telling them "please don't send these people to me ever again.." I missed an appointment that I had been waiting for, now I can't get in until October because of these people... 🤬

If ever I could leave a minus star I would definitely do it for this company not only did they not show up for number 905 pick up 40 minutes later I called the company and nobody answered by far the worst most unreliable useless companies on earth I wouldn’t send anybody with this company if their life depended on it I would call OnStar or an ambulance first I missed my appointment. Thanks to them. I will should be billing them. If the table was turned, they definitely be billing me.

Got a call from the driver 5 minutes before my step-mom's pick up for dialysis. We're in Racine, he said he was in Milwaukee and wouldn't be coming. Called the office, spoke to the supervisor and he said he would get someone here. Never showed up. 🤬

Always extremely kind and punctual over the 3-4 years I've been getting rides from them. Everyone I've ridden with has been easy to talk to and even laugh with. I've always looked forward to when I ride with them. My favorite company and I've certainly let them know that.
