I contacted LP regarding my tenant’s AC that was making a strange noise. It’s 100+ degrees outside when I contacted LP. They went out the same day and resolved the issue right away. LP quality air is honest, well priced, and on top of it! I couldn’t ask for better service!
Was hard to schedule with. Ultimately came, wasted my time and made up an excuse as to why they couldn’t fix something because they didn’t want to do the work. They said that the thermostat was not attached. The thermostat is a Mitsubishi MRCH1 model which connects to the AC unit via redlink RF. The thermostat works wirelessly and turned the system on and off. Larry and Roznik were terrific! Highly recommend. They were professional, on time, did a great job of figuring out what was wrong with our Mitsubishi split air conditioner and fixing it in under an hour. One of the best repair companies we've ever had.

Larry is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. Fair pricing, great work, and a very professional team. Definitely recommend these guys.
