Holtville location is horrible, they don’t care that people will run out of propane with one of the worst cold fronts coming in. Made phone calls to them that don’t get answered, leave voicemails to get them to call back and they don’t, and worst out of all is my house is next door to this business, there employees can be outside with the trucks parked before there business technically is closed for the day but can’t stop literally next door and put gas in a tank that take less than 5 minutes to do, horrible business, I’d re... read more
Holtville Thompson Gas is a great company. Twice before a week of 20 degree weather I waited till the last minute to light my logs. They came the next day to inspect al light the logs. Also one of those times they had to replace the tank valve. Very competent and courteous. Holtville really is a family run business. Always on time. Keith is a long time employee and very easy to talk to, answers questions, and gives valuable instructions and advice.
I have been with Thomas gas over 20 years and never had a problem with them
