Staring off by saying my first time here….. I was told to sit in a seat and pick a color, after I picked a color I was told the man who was supposed to be doing my nails was busy and had to continue setting up because they had just opened. After about 45 minutes of waiting I see the same man start working on a pedicure( mind you there’s 3 other workers doing nothing). I had the worse experience ever today with a guy doing my pedicure, and the lady who did my nails name Kimjon said she only been here a month ….. she didn’t do that great but she also didn’t do that bad either . She tried and she was not rude like the guy was . My son got his manicure and pedicure done by TAMMY and she did him an awesome service . If I decide to come back to this shop for a pedicure I will be sure to make sure it’s with TAMMY .

It took an entire hour for a pedicure which didn’t bother until i’m finished and i look down and my big toes are incomplete. I then had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my big toes to be completed all while no one started on my nails. Nobody acknowledged me and when i asked for an update i got pushed off while many ppl came and were seated and worked on immediately!
