The owner is terrible and is rude. He doesn’t care about the customers. He just wants your money. I had an issue and he didn’t care.
Love this place! So, this is my second or third time coming after a disappointing experience at my former nail salon. Kevin is absolutely amazing! Very precise, detailed, and thorough. He shaped my nails perfectly, checked his work and adjusted if needed, and he was quick-- but i didn't feel rushed AT ALL. I was scrolling through my phone and he just placed a phone stand in front of me! Just phenomenal customer service and noticing his client's needs. I went to this nail salon today for 1st time today and Nina did a fantastic job on my nails..i got a fullset! I will be back for sure! Very professional atmosphere.
