John installed an AC unit for us. Once we noticed the unit was not working properly we spent over a month trying to get him out to check things. He never came back out and we had to contact another company to come fix the unit. We were very disappointed with his professionalism. There was a total lack of communication. We felt completely under valued as a customer.
