Pedro did a great job explaining every step and showed me what he was doing along the way. He came out quick, was on time for the appointment and did a great job fixing our crack. He actually found another crack while fixing the first one and that was included in the price. I would definitely hire them again.
I waited to write this review, during a recent heavy rain we had water seepage in our basement, found the problem coming through our foundation where our sewer line goes through. My first contact was L&P and left a message, others I called wanted me to send photos or wanted to schedule a day, REALLY!!!, this is not something that I am going to send photos or wait. Pedro fixed the crack in my basement concrete wall. He came over on time, gave a very reasonable estimate, and did the work the same time . I have a bad back and Pedro cut the drywall to reveal entire crack, filked the crack and left work area clean n neat. I would recommend Pedro for your foundation work.
Pedro did a great job he was very professional clean up after he was finished and I have no more water in my basement. And the cost was very reasonable. He also did my son foundation leak and no water. I would recommend his company for all your foundation problems
