Had starter replaced in a mini van, $420. Was my bill. I could buy the starter for $158, so seems they charged me $262 for labor. Once the car is off the ground it only takes 30 tob45 minutes to change the starter in this car. I was shocked, then I found out Lance had recently sold the shop. This would have never happened if Lance was there, he was always fair. I give these guys a year before they go out of business. Gonna move my business to Big Bear automotive.
I’m always nervous to take my car into a repair shop because I never know what they’re going to say or how much they’re going to charge me. At least half of them seem like they’re cons, but I finally found a place I can trust. Thanks soo much LP Automative!!. I hope I won’t have to come back for awhile, but whenever my car needs maintenance I know I’ll be calling you.
