I am very disappointed with this particular repair shop. They have had my vehicle since January 10, 2025 and as on February 21, it is still not ready. I have received numerous notifications that the vehicle was near completion, however the completion date has changed four times. I don’t understand. I have never had this experience with the shop on Alexander Ferry Road. I understand things happen but when you provide your customers with a date it shouldn’t change four times. And explanation is needed.
