My vehicle was being repairs for a front end collision. When I received my car I was dissatisfied with the gap on both sides of the hood area. I brought this to the manager (Brian) attention and he received it like he did not care about my concerns. I then had to take my vehicle home and contact my insurance company to file another claim. I'm still trying to get my vehicle properly repaired. I would not recommend this shop for your repairs. Please, research before using Clinton Md. Caliber on Old Branch Ave. location......
This team is customer focused. They specialize in results! The front desk staff is attentive and happy to help. They want to be there and it shows. Tameka, provided great customer service each time I called OR made a visit. This was my first time dealing with a collision/insurance. Tameka was kind enough to explain the process. Brian M. the mechanic provided daily updates. He's honest and does great work. Good help is hard to find. However, I definitely believe this TEAM is one of the best in the DMV.
